The global economy has seen a tectonic shift in power in recent years with the rise of China and the emergence of influential actors from the developing world. How will these actors shape the governance of the global economy in the years ahead? The keynote address will raise important questions for research and for greater public debate about how to understand and to work with these new actors in a rapidly changing world.
